Thai food:Thai Soy Sauce Noodles

This is a taste of Thai food, people fried noodles. It's basically noodles stir fried with soy sauce - all voice types, but real tasty. Ingredients:. 8 ounces of meat (pork, chicken or seafood). 8 oz noodles of your choice (normally fresh rice noodles used). 1 tbsp fish sauce. 1 tbsp palm sugar (or substitute regular sugar). 1 tbsp oyster sauce. 3 tbsp soy sauce. 1 cup beet reduction. Additives for the meat marinade:. 1 egg. 2-3 cloves of garlic mash. 1 tbsp oyster sauce. Cornstarch 1 tbsp. 1 tablespoon rice wine. 1 tbsp palm sugar. 1 tablespoon sesame oil. 1 tsp black pepper. Preparation:. 1. Cut bite size pieces of meat are then marinade it in recipe described above, 1 hour. 2. Prepare your noodles. If you do not need to live, but what if you use dry noodles, you will need soaking in water for 15 minutes or until they are soft. Directions:. You will need the media to a huge skillet. Grease skillet with oil of your choice and cook until almost done. Then add rest of ingredients and stir-fry about 2 minutes.
