Thai food: Seafood Salad

Directions:. Add fish sauce, lime juice, red chilli, palm sugar and shrimp paste in a small saucepan bring to simmer. Add in seafood and jalapenos. Cook about 2 minutes or until seafood is cooked through. Remove from heat and add the lime leaves. , shallots and onion. Service at room temperature.
