Thai food: Tom Kah Gai

Note: The following recipe is chicken, but can be completely substituted! Tom Kah can act as part of a food or meal in itself.
Ingredients:. Chicken soup 16 oz. 4 lime leaves. 2 inch piece lemon grass. Inch pieces 1 galangal (kah ") sliced thinly. 4 tbsp fish sauce. 2 tbsp lime juice. 4 oz chicken breast cut into small bite size pieces. 5 oz layer coconut milk. X pinch of red chilli powder. Cilantro X application (as garnish a). Directions:. After you have heated the chicken broth add all ingredients except chicken and coconut milk. Brought to boil and then add the remaining two ingredients. Let it boil 2 minutes, until chicken done to bring to simmer a few minutes.
