Thai food: sticky rice

There are two types of sticky rice is. For desserts and for food. This formula only for food. To act normal with food from the Northeast of Thailand (E-building). Accompaniment is usually a good Thai grilled chicken toaster Lahb Gai. and other food type.


Ingredients:.
4 cups Thai sticky rice.
Steamer basket One.
Cloth.


Preparation:.
Wet rice for one hour before meals. Line steamer basket with a cloth. Insert steamer basket with clothes than five to six inches of boiling water. Add the rice and cover. Steam for roughly a half hour or until rice is soft and sticky.
