Thai food: Tom Yum Goong

This is a Thai hot and sour soup is a great appetizer or a main dish with rice when serving. Perfumed it effectively to ensure that tantalize your tastebuds. Page 6. Ingredients:. 1 / 2 pound peeled shrimp. 4 cups chicken stock. 1 tbsp chilli oil. 10 lime leaves (leaves kaffir). 3 tbsp lime juice. 4 green onion balls. 2 tbsp fish sauce. 1 cup straw mushrooms all. 3 fresh lemongrass balls. 6 chilies, fresh Thai (prik kee noo). Directions:. 1. Prepare chicken stock in large pot and bring to boil size. 2. Add lime leaves and lemongrass to pot balls and reduce heat to simmering. Cook for five minutes. 3. Lemongrass and open only to remove high heat. Add the shrimp, mushrooms, oil, pepper and Thai chilies. Boil until the shrimp are done (about 2 minutes). 4. Remove from oven, you almost done! 5. Add the fish sauce and limejuice and people. Some people like very sour salt more. You decide what makes you happy. 6. The most important step!!! Enjoy
